We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Personal Support Manager to work with prospective and existing clients across Europe, promote Freedom24’s investment products, and build long-term client relationships.
✨ What you’ll do:
✨ Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services
✨ Provide personalized client support on trading, account management, and platform usage
✨ Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through a consultative, relationship-based approach
✨: Stay up to date on financial markets, regulatory changes, and company products
📌 What we expect:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in the financial industry (investment firms or brokerage companies) in a Sales / Relationship Manager role
✔️ Strong understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Russian
✔️ Strong client-focused mindset and problem-solving skills

If you know how to pull the perfect espresso shot and love interacting with customers, we want you to be the face of our coffee counter.

🔹 What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and craft specialty keto drinks (like bulletproof coffees and sugar-free frappés).
- Fluency in English and/or Greek.
⭐ EXTRA BONUS: Fluency in Russian is highly desired and will be considered a massive advantage!
