✨ Develop and implement unified brand guidelines for merchandise, event design, and corporate gifts
✨ Centralize ordering processes for branded merchandise and visual materials
✨ Own end-to-end merchandise production: sourcing manufacturers, negotiations, quality control, logistics, and delivery
✨ Manage suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring brand compliance and on-time delivery

✔️ 3+ years of experience in branded merchandise management in an international company or agency environment
✔️ Deep expertise in merchandise production — ability to independently build the full production cycle
