I am guessing the platform itself just an ad aggregator and works with limited amount of partners? it's a start for sure but not enough to beat competition as others mentioned

What kind of additional features do you think we need in order to clearly beat the competition? I mean such features that will solve real tenant problems? I appreciate any suggestion.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the platforms itself ux-wise. I'm no expert and not a target audience but what I can say is that if I'd be looking for a place, I'd would want a transparent process with as less friction as possible. the chain of tenant - rentspot - agency - agent - on hands property manager - property legal owner is already long enough, if I'd see something I like I'd reach out to the agency directly

Sure, we just provide the platform, we do not talk with tenants. The tenants contact the landord/agent directly. Tenants can use the platform for free. We just get subscription fees from real estate agencies.
