Another USP you could/should have is that ads either should have to be renewed every 10/15days or to become inactive. On bazaraki many times you see a place and its not available anymore

Another thing if you want to get into local market. You need greek version of the website. Now you have only english and russian

My feedback for the design and the current images. Is that it seems too premium. The average person cannot relate to the super villa you have in the front page

1 nice thing if its direct would be to have exact location of the property. On bazaraki you dont see that as realtors do not want to expose it fearing they will lose the client

Also. Is it for realtors or direct from landlord to consumer?

I am guessing the platform itself just an ad aggregator and works with limited amount of partners? it's a start for sure but not enough to beat competition as others mentioned

idk it kinda feels confusing like if I choose a specific borough I can't tap on a certain ad location on the map to open it to see details? and if I draw a shape on a map it says 0 ads regardless
