I've noticed that many people relocating to Cyprus for work often struggle to find reliable long-term rentals. To help with that, I recently launched RentSpot Cyprus, a rental platform focused exclusively on properties for rent across Cyprus.

The platform is free for tenants and allows direct contact with landlords and agents.

You forgot to mention why your service is better than other ones

Hi Serge. Thanks for your comment. Better UI, faster, good filters, verified rentals, verified landlords, save search for tenants, only users who are signed in can contact landlords & agents. I would challenge the “better UI” point as map view doesn’t works properly

I do not see advantages. Actually the same properties list we have via Bazaraki and/or multiple TG chats and additional relationships. Maybe even cheaper than yours....

I agree on the fact that same properties are found in different platforms, or even on the same platfom, this is because there is no exclusivity as a property can be advertized by a number of agents at the same time. I have no way to solve this.

OK and it leads us to the same questions - what are you unique product advantages? Special offers, special adversitiments, unique properties? Without this is the same, just 1 more source, nothing else.

Well, if you study the platform, you will see that we are specialized only on rentals and only residential properties, which by itself makes us unique. Additionally, we have a number of unique features, we provide a lot of useful resources & guides, and we have built a service provider directory that we intend to grow. The platform is just a few months old. Thanks anyhow! 😀
