On ladies mile beach the car side is exactly that and no cars allowed is the other side I prefer to stay away from cars side as much as possible

Well it looks to me we do it the wrong way in summer time at Patamali & Avdimou. Usually the bar is close to the water line and the kite is closer to the trees while launching. It should be the other way round.

In any case. I feel more safe having nothing downwind. And it’s not just my personal preference. It’s IKO basic safety rules.

How about to launch near the water for those that are kiting and going out and landing further inland but on the beach side

Best to launch facing the water as close as possible to the water line. Walking 100+ meters with the kite in the air between cars, hoping over the fence etc is not safe in any way.

И "кайт-киндеры" еще любят на этих металлических трубах повисеть за кайтом прямо перед машинам, лучше парковать и машины в другом месте, не рядом с будкой, тогда помимо запуска за трубами(забором) еще одним препятствием меньше будет. Разделить парковку машин и кайтов.

Акис дело говорит. Лично я после сегодняшнего происшествия прислушался. Мало того что можно не хило уработаться об тачки, ограждения, бетонные мусорки, торчащие какие-то палки металические, так можно еще и тачку чью-то уработать, и вместе с платой за поломанные кости, не малые скорее всего, еще кому-то тачку чинить
