Я бы еще из бенефитов добавил привлечение доп тур потока, болеее ативное развитие спортивного сообщества указал, что проект не коммерческий и чертежи установки добавил, мол занимает не больше 15-20 квадратных сантиметров + потенциальную пользу для локальных метеослужб. Обязательно давите на спорт и локальное развитие и привлечение тур потока, далеко не все знают, что такое кайт серфинг, особенно местные регуляторы. + от погоды еще и сейлинг и виндсерфинг зависит.
