Like I said I am happy you are sorted the issue there was miscommunication on which kite you where discussing not the kite please next time bring the kite or send photos and video and serial number if you cannot physically deliver it

If it was the old red kite which I thought then for sure it does not cover the newer kite yes we can always claim

I can replace in a day and you are back in the water in no time and I have parts replacement if you prefer to have it done elsewhere
