Maybe launch your kites at either side of the beach, not near the life guards. People come to the beach with kids, and accidents happen mostly while launching, even for experienced kitesurfers

Guys, in my spot i have marked corridor, nobody can tell you anything. Land launch enter the water .. even when the buoyancy is in the water, the corridor is marked to go in and out of the water.

Always, municipality orders buoyancy on 1st of May. Cypriot way is middle of May. Means enjoy your rides in Malindi for one month, maybe more 😎

Even if police or any kind of authority comes to take you out of the water etc just mention them that the area is not marked with buoyancy as swimming area YET so kitesurfing is not forbidden. And of course, no need for arguments etc , Just placing the facts will be more than enough to leave you so your thing 😉
