Ответ: "Please note that the electronic Customs Declaration for the item was incomplete (unfortunately there are many items that are received as Incomplete Customs Declaration), and have to be processed manually. The items declaration was already rectified and will soon be forwarded to the nearest Postal Location by which the recipient will be notified to collect. Please allow a couple of more working days though for the transfer of the item to the final location We apologize for the inconvenience and delay however it was caused due to heavy volume of mail that needs to be processed by hand. We are always at your disposal."

Китайские посылки в таком статусе примерно месяц висят. Потом едут на местную почту, с начислениями.
