Добрый день, кто-нибудь может подсказать, можно ли оформить ВНЖ ребенка от первого брака, по FR, если отец ребенка имеет зависимый ВНЖ FR по жене, сотруднику BCS компании. Жена соответственно, ребенку не родственник, а отец сам на FR.

Спасибо, т.е. ребенок получает ВНЖ, по отцу, имеющему действующий ВНЖ, вне зависимости от статуса его ВНЖ. Ну, соответственно, посещение школы обязательно.

Ну это конечно. Это обязательный документ.

Можно. У меня точно такая же ситуация, просто наоборот. Муж на bcs, я от него. Ребенок от первого брака без проблем получает внж тоже. С согласием его отца ессна Это во всех странах работает если что. Никаких проблем, помимо нотариального согласия от второго родителя
