Добрый вечер. Искал по чату, но ответа не нашел. В списке документов на сайте на visitor-dependent spouse есть требование документа "duly certified declaration of assumptoin of expenses and accommodation by the supporting spouse". Так вот, не могу найти бланк форму для этого и нужно ли это реально заверять? Спасибо
