Hi everyone, I am wondering if someone can help me with a question about BCS visas. I am a spouse of a BCS visa holder, and I applied recently for the family reunification visa that will allow me free access into the work market, by taking with me the contract with my future employer. I received a receipt for this application. My question is: is my employer allowed to employ me based on just this receipt that I received, OR do I need to wait for the physical card to be created (which may take 4-8weeks they told me yesterday when I went for my biometrics)?
