All required details shall be provided to the Registrar within fifteen days from the day of birth by the submission of a birth registration form, which shall include details relating to the child and its parents, the name, address and signature of the competent informant, and a doctor’s or midwife’s certification. В законе четко указано, что регистрировать должен регистратор округа или другой регистратор, действующий от имени округа. Консульство РФ не является регистратором и не вносит данные в кипрский реестр.
