Всем добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста, являясь налоговым резидентом ЕС, можно ли все же физ лицу получать доход из рф за ит и консультационные услуги? Или это является нарушением санкций ЕС? Вопрос не про получение денег из рф на счета Кипра.

crypto asset wallets, accounts or custody
accounting, auditing, bookkeeping and tax consulting
architectural and engineering services
IT consultancy and legal advice
advertising, market research and public opinion polling
technical assistance, brokering and financial assistance (in relation to the maritime transport of Russian oil)
intellectual property rights and trade secrets (related to goods and technology covered by other sanctions)
software for the management of enterprises
software for industrial design and manufacture

Ну вот все же, тут запрещено услуги оказывать «to Russia or Russian persons”, а кто не может эти услуги оказывать? Физ лицам резидентам ЕС тоже запрещено услуги подобные оказывать?

Тут указано, кому именно внутри России нельзя оказывать услуги

Да, это поняла. А физ лица , будучи резидентами ЕС, тоже не могут оказывать подобные услуги? Или это только к юр лицам относится?
