I understand your concern. As a financial institution, Revolut is required by law to collect the Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) of all our customers for all their tax residencies. This is part of a global effort to combat tax evasion. The Russian INN number is the TIN for Russia. So, even though you're a resident of Cyprus, Revolut is asking for your Russian INN number because you might have a tax obligation in Russia. This doesn't mean that Revolut believes you're evading taxes, it's just a standard procedure we follow for all customers.

Вы что-то не то написали либо вам попался некомпетентный сотрудник. Там есть возможность удалить налоговое резидентство рф, через сапорт можно узнать алгоритм
