на сайте мигрейшена - для FR (visitor/employment) требуется брак не меньше 1 года

я правильно понял , что главный заявитель на момент подачи заявления должен уже находиться на Кипре 2 года и более ?

Для rf и оформления spouse employment далее браку должно быть более года
