May we take this opportunity to remind you that as the current holder the above Residence Permit you may not spend more than ninety (90) consecutive days outside of the Republic of Cyprus.
We are aware of recent incidents where Residence Permit holders have been challenged when attempting to re-enter the Republic following an absence of more than 90 consecutive days.
Put simply, in such circumstances your Residence Permit will be deemed by the authorities to be void.
In the unlikely event this may affect you, we strongly advise you to refer to the following Cyprus government website to guide you what steps you will be required to follow:
