В момент истечения прежнего договора аренды и перезаключения нового меня не будет на Кипре, Хочу оформить у сертифайд офицера доверенность на подписание договора другим лицом от моего имени. Есть ли у кого образец такой доверенности на оформление договоров? Спасибо!

Новый договор можно составить и подписать в любое время, а не только в день истечения прежнего.

Спасибо, но вряд ли лендлорд подпишет новый договор за 10 месяцев до истечения старого. Поэтому вопрос с доверенностью все равно актуален, тем более что речь может идти о подписании документов вообще, а не только о договоре аренды. Интересует что-то типа российской генеральной доверенности о представлении интересов и подписания документов.

Так как никто не кто смог помочь с доверкой, пришлось пойти по принципу «сделай сам».

To represent the Principal before any appropriate authority of Federal or Local Government in the Republic of Cyprus.
Conclude on behalf of the Principal any contracts, including property lease contracts with the right to amend, terminate contracts, accept and transfer all executed under the transactions, sign delivery-acceptance certificates, transfer and accept real property and personal property, sign reconciliation certificates and other documents related to execution of contracts; sign financial or any other required documents, connected with the contracts.
Receive any mail, message and notification whatsoever addressed to the Principal.
