It can be submitted by foreign nationals, who have completed seven years of legal residence in the Republic prior to the date of application. In cases of aliens who are either parents or children of Cypriot citizens the time required is five years rather than seven.
In any case, the applicant must have resided legally and continuously in Cyprus during the twelve months preceding the date of the application.

For the purposes of this subparagraph, ‘a person of Cypriot origin’ has the meaning that is assigned to the term in paragraph (1) of Section 110 of this Law,

не так.
надо 7 лет суммарно жить на Кипре.
в форме написано за последние 8 лет, раньше звучало что последние 10 лет
