It’s with great pleasure that we invite you to our Annual General Assembly (AGM) which will also include the Elections for the new Board of Directors of our Club on Friday 12/05/2023 from 18:00 to 21:00. The designated venue is Eurolife Building (Evrou 4, Strovolos).
Once the AGM is completed, the election of the new 9 board members for the next two years will follow. For this reason, we invite any of our members who are interested in taking part to the Board of Directors, to submit their candidacy.
We would like to remind you that only registered and renewed members are allowed to vote in the elections. Therefore, please renew your subscription in time through the Mobile Application so that there are no delays before the start of the AGM.
We would like to clarify that the members of our Club that are allowed to apply for candidacy for the elections must have the following:
1. They must be registered Club members for more than one year, and
2. They have not been deprived of their rights as members, and
3. They have settled all their financial obligations towards the Club and have renewed their membership .
Attached you will find the form of interest. The application must be completed and signed by the candidate along with 2 other members that support his/her candidacy.
The completed and signed form must be submitted by hand to the Club’s secretary by the 5th of May 2023. If this is not possible, a scanned copy can be sent via email to info@dromearacing.com by the same date and the original must be handed in, on the day of the AGM.

Надо тогда нам подготовится к следующим выборам. Определить кандидата, составить предвыборную программу, вот это вот все )

А не, отбой. Там борд оказывается на два года избирается. Пожтому теперь нашего шанса надо ждать аж до мая 2025 года. С другой стороны, есть время подготовиться )))
