We are seeking an experienced C++ Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of C++ programming language and possess senior-level skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating C++ projects, ensuring smooth execution of processes to make everyone comfortable, and leading a team of developers.

Technologies used: C++17/20, Linux/CentOs 7+, CMake, Gcc, Clang, Kernel-bypass.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain high-quality C++ code
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of C++ modules
- Drive projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget
- Ensure all code complies with coding standards and guidelines
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code
- Manage team workload and ensure all team members are effectively utilized
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
