An international company that creates a new generation of financial services for the business sector.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work with the PR agency, CMO and Chief Brand Lead on a daily basis.
- Implement the plans and pr projects, coordinate the team work, lead the cross functions with other teams: design, content, product, etc
- Developing PR plans: responsible for creating comprehensive PR plans that align with the organization's goals. Identify target audiences, and develop strategies to reach and engage with them effectively.
- Media relations: maintain relationships with media professionals, including journalists, reporters, influencers and editors. Pitch ideas, arrange interviews and press conferences, and provide journalists with relevant information and resources to ensure positive media coverage.
- Writing and editing: create and edit various written materials, such as press releases, speeches, articles, blog posts, and social media content.
- Crisis management: When a crisis or negative event occurs, take charge of managing the organization's response. Coordinate the crisis communication plans, coordinate messaging across different channels
- Social media coordination: Coordinate with Social media managers and oversee the organization's social media presence. Monitor online conversations, respond to inquiries and comments, and manage any potential reputation risks associated with social media platforms.
- Monitoring and analysis: track media coverage, social media trends, and public sentiment related to Mercuryo. Use media monitoring tools and analytics to assess the impact of PR campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide reports and insights to management.
- Event management: organize and manage various events, such as product launches, press conferences, trade shows, and corporate functions. Handle logistics, coordinate with vendors and media attendees, and ensure that the event effectively communicates the organization's key messages.
- Brand support: work closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and help develop strategies to enhance brand reputation.
- Industry and competitor analysis: stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments. They monitor competitors' PR activities and identify opportunities for the organization to differentiate itself and gain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- PR experience minimum 3 years in Fintech sector or SAAS company
- Experience working in LinkedIn, Twitter, FB; and other major online news platforms
Higher education
- Russian and English highest advanced level is obligatory
- Preferably Cyprus based
