We are looking for a Travel Agent, who is passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business.
Responsibilities :
• Calling Delegates and asking them: if they have received the ticket by email and if they wish to upgrade the ticket so they can attend all the networking dinners.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times  
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries  
• Communicating with customers through various channels  
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complains  
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions  
• Keeping records of customers' interactions, comments, and complains  
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary  
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support  
• Own customer relationships, and become the bridging factor between the customer accounts and the company  
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.  
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.  
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.  
• Lead your clients through exhibitions.  
• Provide excellent account management to your clients before and during the shows.  
• Enter and update customer information in our CRM tool 
• Sell products and services
• Answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone.
• Generate coupon code

Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Support
• Proficiency in English
• Good customer-oriented approach
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time-management skills
