Position: Assistant with Scrum Master skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, as well as a solid background in software development and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint demos.
Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum values, practices and rules.
Act as a coach and mentor for the team, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge of Scrum.
Help the team identify and remove blockers and impediments.
Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, communicating the team's progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
Help the team to continuously improve its process and deliver a potentially releasable product increment at the end of each sprint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and help the team translate them into actionable tasks.
Ensure that all project objectives are met on-time and within budget.
Manage and monitor the project's budget and resources.
Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
A deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including roles, ceremonies, and artefacts defined by Scrum.
Strong leadership skills, including ability to facilitate and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
A solid understanding of software development and project management concepts.
Experience working in a Scrum environment, leading a Scrum team, and delivering complex projects.
Fluent in Russian and English.
Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum tools like Trello, Jira, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations and team dynamics.
Experience in advertising is a plus.
