1. Бизнес: частная школа-кампус с методиками Вальдорф, Монтессори и международным бакалавриатом.
2. Нужен свободный английский язык и опыт/хорошее понимание, что такое сфера образования и какие роли и специалисты в ней нужны.
3. Проект рассчитан на 3-6 месяцев пока. Привезем на Кипр, покажем, познакомим со всеми. Даже можем оставить на зимовку и весновку. Оформим тех, кто уже на Кипре.
4. Опыт работы от 2х лет. Возможно даже непрофильный, но точно из сферы образования. Я буду менторить и помогать во всем. Если есть педагоги, желающие в HR - you are welcome! :)

Key responsibilities:
- Legal support of the company’s business, management, back-office and other departments.
- Drafting, reviewing and reconciling agreements (R&D, employment, license, SHA, SPA,
consulting, etc.)
- Ensuring data protection compliance (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, etc)
- Ensuring compliance with App Store, Google play policies
- Ensuring proper IP transfer from the third parties, IP clearance of the company’s projects,

- Drafting and updating documentation with end users (terms of use, privacy policy, etc)
- Registration of subsidiaries, maintenance of corporate documentation of the company.
- Consultations on different matters for employees and shareholders regarding law and

- Counterparties due diligence in accordance with KYC process.
- Work with the external lawyers and legal firms, support of relationships with the banks.
- Development of the full set of the company’s policies.

Key skills, experience:
- Educated to degree level in Law
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Experience in VC, PE companies is an advantage
- Experience with participation in BoD is an advantage
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Law within IT
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Russian, Greek is an advantage
- Strategic thinking and multitasking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex workload

Main Activities:

- Manage new and existing business relationships with payment providers
- Continually search for prospective payment providers, banks, EMIs and card acquirers worldwide according to the business needs
- Supervision of onboarding new payment methods
- Ensure that the Company has redundancy providers in existing markets to maintain payments continuity in the event a primary provider goes down
- Work in cooperation with the IT department to successfully integrate new payment providers
- Preparation of various reports/analysis on payment provider issues

- Keeping records of transactions and daily reconciliation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role with involvement in full process supervision of Bank and Merchant accounts opening
- High level understanding of governing laws, regulations and risk procedures within the Finance industry and E-commerce fields
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages (both verbal and written)
- Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workplace
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Must be attentive to detail and have a numeric mindset
