Всем привет, был у кого опыт бодания с работодателем по поводу не выплаты зп/компенсаций за отпуск при увольнении? Поделитесь опытом, куда писать, есть ли смысл вообще?)

на всякий случай уточню - в termination agreement (если он уже подписан) ничего похожего на
The Parties and each of its own behalf [..]
shall and do hereby forever, fully and completely, relieve, release, and discharge each other
[..] from any and all lawsuits, actions,
omissions, causes of action, debts, obligations, promises, guarantees, agreements, contracts, and/or
indemnification, claims, liabilities and/or demands, of whatever kind or nature, whether known or
unknown, material or immaterial
нет?

Есть, но еще есть строчка Upon the payment of the final remuneration, the Employer and the Employee will exchange a written confirmation of receipt of the final remuneration. А такую бумагу мы не подписывали
