Regarding to the message you send to Cyprus Police platform, I would like to inform you that over the past year we have been receiving similar complaints about fraudsters who make phone calls or send messages trying to deceive people in order to gain access to their bank or personal details. For this reason and we are issuing press releases regularly.

For the past few days we also received a few phone calls that fraudsters speak in Russian language and make the same attempts.

We advise you not to give any personal or bank details to anyone who is contacting you through the phone and in case you have any doubts you should verify that is a truthful phone call before you give any details.

The phone calls are not performed from those numbers so they can not be traced.

То есть они подтвердили что используется спуфинг телефонных номеров и условный Владислав может сидеть очень далеко от Кипра. А базы могут собираться и сливаться кем угодно. Была же статья, как якобы доставщики на мопедах сливают данные и свои заметки в какую-то базу, которая соответсвенно потом может быть продана где-то в даркнете / на маркетплейсе для подобных вещей…
