👾Application and Selection Process for Cyberness Market

1) Application Submission:
Submit your application to participate in the Cyberness Market. Ensure all required details are provided accurately.

2)Selection Notification:
•If selected, you will be added to a new group on Telegram by 10th February.
•Only selected participants will be notified via Telegram and instagram.
Due to a large number of applications, those not selected will not receive a notification.
Thank you for your understanding.👽

3)Post-Selection Requirements:
Once added to the Telegram group, you have 3 days to contact your curator if:
•You require extra space.
•You are interested in booking multiple markets.

If you do not contact your curator within 3 days, you will be allocated the minimum space of 3 square meters (1.5m x 1.5m)

Packages for Booking:
•3 Months Package: Reserve your spot for 3 consecutive markets.
•5 Months Package: Reserve your spot for 5 consecutive markets.

Note: Booking packages are limited and will be processed based on acceptance by your curator. Contact your curator promptly to secure your desired package.🤡
This option is only available for local market shops and food & beverage.

Dear Valued Vendors, We’re thrilled about your interest in joining us for this exciting market! Here’s everything you need to know about the application process: Step 1: Getting Started To begin, please complete the Google Form provided and join our Telegram group to stay updated. Step 2: Vendor Selection Our team will carefully review all applications, and this process will be completed by December 7th. Please note that we are exclusively accepting creators and handmade artists; unfortunately, vendors importing goods from abroad will not be eligible. Step 3: Acceptance and Group Assignment Once selections are finalized, we will create two new Telegram groups: one for December 21st and another for December 22nd. If you receive an invitation to join a group, congratulations—you’ve been accepted for that date! If you are invited to both groups, you are accepted for both days. Kindly understand that due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to notify everyone who is not selected. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process by the announced deadlines. Step 4: Space Adjustments If you’ve been accepted, the minimum space allotted will be 1.5m x 1.5m. Should you require additional space, please contact us as soon as possible after your invitation. This does not apply for workshops as there are different parameters for this category. Step 5: Payment Once accepted, payment details will be shared, including deadlines. It’s essential to complete payments on time to secure your spot, as any missed deadlines will result in cancellation.
