зачем правила - дать как можно бОльшему числу людей выйти на сцену:
1. вписаться можно на сколько угодно песен
2. есть 2 типа записи - основная и opt
3. основной способ закрепляет за вами право играть песню, но имеет ограничение в 3 вписки. Как работает - просто вписываете свой телеграм никнейм в ячейку
4. opt - вы заявляете желание сыграть песню, но вашу opt запись могут переписать, используя основной типа записи
5. нельзя переписать чужую opt запись своей opt записью
6. ограничение по кол-ву песен на 1 концерт = ~25 песен.
т.е. стандартный кейс -
это держать в таблице 3 песни, где вы точно хотите выступить (и пишете "@_ivanivanov"),
и сколько угодно тех, где вместо вас может записаться кто-то еще (там вы пишете "opt @_ivanivanov"),
в процессе слежения за таблицей никто не мешает вам менять свои основные 3 варианта
- кавер группы могут вписать в табличку три трека, но попадают в сет-лист в последнюю очередь

4. opt - you declare your desire to play a song, but your opt sign-up can be rewritten using the main sign-up type
5. You cannot rewrite someone else's opt sign-up with your opt sign-up - use only main sign-up for that
6. Limit on the number of songs per concert = ~25 songs.
so, a standard case is to keep in a table 3 songs where you definitely want to perform (and write “@_ivanivanov”),
and as many as you like where someone else can sign up instead of you (there you write “opt @_ivanivanov”),
in the process of tracking the table, no one is stopping you from changing your main 3 options
