Hi! Do you guys have any agreement with the venue for this event? I got that we can get food and drinks there, but what about sunbeds? According to the reviews on Google map, it seems that they charge for that additionally.

Anything related to the venue in terms of revenue it belongs to the venue so yes anything you purchase or rent there is their charges we have nothing to do with the income of the venue. Couches and sofas are free of charge sunbeds cabanas etc yes they charge
