О позиции

Ищем Partner Investment & Performance Manager, который умеет принимать решения на основе данных, а не предположений.

Ваша задача — оценивать потенциал партнёров (инфлюенсеров, стримеров, Telegram-каналов, медиа), запускать рекламные интеграции, анализировать результаты и принимать решения о масштабировании инвестиций.

📊 Оценка партнёров

Анализ аудитории, охватов, GEO и вовлечённости.
Оценка рекламного потенциала и прогноз результатов.
Подготовка рекомендаций по запуску.

🚀 Запуск рекламных размещений

Переговоры и согласование условий.
Работа с Fixed Fee, Hybrid, CPA, RevShare.
Постановка KPI, бюджетов и контроль запусков.

📈 Аналитика

Анализ FTD, депозитов, прибыли, ROI.
Сравнение результатов с прогнозом.
Решения о масштабировании, повторных тестах или остановке сотрудничества.

📋 Отчётность

Ведение базы партнёров.
Контроль бюджетов, KPI и результатов.
Регулярная аналитическая отчётность.
