Мы ищем Finance Automation / Finance Operations Specialis в команду на Кипре, Лимасол.

Это роль для специалиста, который умеет работать на стыке финансов, учета, платежных систем и автоматизации процессов.

💎Чем предстоит заниматься:

Настраивать и поддерживать интеграции между платёжными системами, банковскими сервисами и учетными системами: Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, QuickBooks, Xero и другими.

Выстраивать систему учета с нуля, автоматизировать загрузку транзакций, систематизировать данные из разных источников и объединять их в единую систему

Настраивать правила учета, проводить сверки, контролировать корректное отражение операций, P&L, Cash Flow, а также участвовать в Treasury-процессах: оплатах, работе с банками и аудиторами.

Также в зоне ответственности будет налоговый учет: расчет VAT, CIT, подготовка данных для отчетности и контроль налоговых обязательств в разных юрисдикциях.

⚡️️Что важно:🖱

Опыт в FinTech, бухгалтерии, финансовой аналитике или finance operations от 2–3 лет.

Понимание управленческого и бухгалтерского учета: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.

Опыт работы с QuickBooks, Xero или другими учетными системами, а также с платёжными системами: Stripe, PayPal и др.

Понимание API и интеграций, уверенная работа с Excel / Google Sheets. SQL и BI-инструменты будут плюсом.

Опыт в e-commerce или digital-бизнесе также будет преимуществом.

Общение в команде происходит на русском языке

Role Summary

The HR Admin & Immigration Specialist supports employee lifecycle processes with a focus on foreign workforce mobilization, immigration coordination, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth onboarding, compliance with local regulations, and effective coordination of employee documentation and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobilization & Onboarding (Foreign Personnel)

Coordinate onboarding process for foreign employees
Ensure all required documentation and registrations are completed
Support induction and integration into the workplace

2. Immigration & Work Permit Administration (Core Responsibility)

Coordinate work permits, visas, residence permits, and renewals
Liaise with immigration agents and authorities
Track deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements
Maintain structured records of all immigration processes

3. Accommodation & Employee Support

Coordinate employee accommodation (allocation, check-in/out)
Maintain accommodation records and basic tracking
Support employees with relocation-related matters

4. Employee Documentation & Compliance
