✅Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage all CRM operations within Smartico (journeys, automations, campaigns, segmentation, bonus workflows)

We build payment technology for businesses worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who can take ownership of frontend architecture, build scalable interfaces, and move comfortably between product thinking and implementation.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build production-grade SPA applications using React and TypeScript
• Own frontend architecture decisions (state management, structure, scalability)
• Integrate with REST APIs, handle нестабильные и evolving backend contracts
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and QA teams
• Drive code quality through reviews, mentoring, and best practices
• Optimize performance (large datasets, rendering, loading strategies)
• Prototype and iterate on UI/UX solutions directly (without strict dependency on design handoff)

🗒 Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial frontend experience in product teams
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS (responsive, cross-browser)
• Experience building and maintaining complex SPA applications
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture & separation of concerns
• Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
• Experience integrating REST APIs (auth, retries, error handling)
• Understanding of performance optimization and edge cases in production
• Experience with modern tooling (Vite/Webpack, Git, CI/CD)
• Ability to design solutions, not just execute tasks
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
• English (written & spoken)

• Experience in fintech/payments or high-load systems
• Experience working with imperfect APIs and legacy systems
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

🎨 UI/UX & Prototyping:
• Ability to design and implement interfaces end-to-end
• Experience creating prototypes (low/high fidelity) in code or tools
• Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to quickly validate ideas with stakeholders via working UI
• Maintain consistency with design systems and reusable components

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Head of IT to take full ownership of our technology infrastructure in a demanding Forex / FinTech environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable systems, supporting uninterrupted trading operations, and aligning IT with business objectives.

• Fluent English
• No visa restrictions, eligible to work in Cyprus
