🎬 Motion Designer (Кипр, офис).

Финтех-компания в поиске Motion Designer, который умеет создавать видео от идеи до финального результата.

Основная задача - создание коротких маркетинговых видео для performance-рекламы, которые быстро доносят идею, цепляют внимание и удерживают зрителя.

🚀 Обязанности:
 • Создание коротких рекламных видео;
 • Работа с видео, графикой и анимацией;
 • Продумывание структуры ролика: хук → развитие → удержание → финал;
 • Подготовка вариаций креативов для A/B тестов;
 • Монтаж, композитинг и саунд-дизайн;
 • Улучшение креативов на основе данных и метрик.

🛠 Требования:
 • Наличие showreel;
 • Уверенный After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop;
 • Опыт анимации UI (web/mobile);
 • Опыт работы с live-video и актёрами;
 • Композитинг (chroma key, трекинг);
 • Понимание композиции, типографики, цвета и света;
 • Умение работать со звуком и музыкой;
 • Понимание драматургии короткого видео (хук → развитие → удержание → call-to-action);
 • Умение делать вариации одного креатива;
 • Опыт работы с AI-инструментами.

⭐ В приоритете: кандидаты, уже находящиеся на Кипре.

What you’ll do
• Shape product vision, goals, and metrics together with your team
• Lead product discovery: user research → insights → problem definition

We’re looking for someone who
• Has 5+ years in Product Management (B2C FinTech, trading is a strong plus)

• Understands Agile and iterative product development
• Can balance customer value, business goals, and technical constraints
• Has experience working in collaborative, peer-to-peer environments
