About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist / KYC Officer to join the Compliance Department of a fast-growing UK-based PSP (Payment Service Provider). This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining high compliance standards in line with FCA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
– Conduct KYC/AML checks and due diligence for corporate and individual clients
– Review and verify identification documents and other onboarding materials
– Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to escalate any red flags or suspicious activities
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
– Communicate with clients (primarily in Russian and English) to request documents and clarify information
– Contribute to the improvement of onboarding workflows and procedures
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in KYC/onboarding/compliance within fintech or financial services
– Solid understanding of UK/EU AML regulations and client due diligence processes
– Experience working with corporate clients, including onboarding and servicing iGaming companies, is required
– Native Russian speaker; English B2+
– Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
– Based in London and able to work in a hybrid format
– UK work authorization required
