🔍 Основные обязанности:

- Формирование и развитие risk-based стратегии информационной безопасности для high-risk платежных операций.
- Обеспечение соответствия требованиям PSD2 / PSD3, EBA Guidelines, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIS2.
- Управление кибер- и fraud-рисками совместно с Fraud, AML и Risk функциями.
- Защита платёжной инфраструктуры, API, gateways, merchant-интеграций.
- Управление инцидентами ИБ и fraud-инцидентами высокого уровня.
- Обеспечение требований платёжных схем Visa / Mastercard (High-Risk Programs).
- Контроль chargeback exposure, data breaches, account takeover, API abuse.
- Руководство SOC (in-house или outsourced), развитие Threat Intelligence, Red / Blue Team.
- Управление Third-Party & Merchant Risk (провайдеры, мерчанты, PSP-партнёры).
- Взаимодействие с регуляторами, аудиторами, acquiring-банками и корреспондентами.
- Участие в продуктовых и коммерческих решениях по принципу Security & Risk by Design.
- Повышение уровня осведомлённости сотрудников в условиях high-risk среды.

🎯 Требования:

Обязательные:
- 8–12 лет опыта в информационной безопасности.
- Опыт работы в high-risk payments / fintech / acquiring / crypto / iGaming.
- Глубокое понимание и практический опыт:
- PCI DSS (включая environments с высоким объёмом транзакций),
- PSD2 / PSD3, EBA Guidelines, NIS2,
- GDPR (управление инцидентами, breaches, DPIA).
- Опыт защиты API, antifraud-интеграций, cloud-инфраструктуры.
- Практический опыт работы с fraud, chargebacks, account takeover, bot-атаками.
- Опыт взаимодействия с Visa / Mastercard и acquiring-банками.

Желательные:
- Сертификаты: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, PCI QSA (или тесная работа с QSA).

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant/Financial Controller to own end-to-end accounting, ensure tax compliance, and help shape the financial function of our growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting in Xero for the US company.
• Coordinate and control US tax filings with external US CPA. and monitor international tax obligations (VAT, Sales Tax, Transfer Pricing).
• Prepare management and financial reports under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to accounting strategy.

We expect you to have:
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/tax.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP; understanding of international tax is a must.
• Hands-on experience with Xero or similar software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+).
• Based in Cyprus (we assist with BCS work permits).

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our growing team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources, also including streaming data. You will collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable data solutions.

What you’ll do:
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architectures that meet non-functional and functional business requirements, with a focus on handling both batch and streaming data;
• Implement data acquisition processes and integrate data from various sources including databases and public data APIs using cloud tools and technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable data storage solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data streaming systems;
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data through proper validation and error-handling processes;
• Monitor and maintain data pipeline performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise;
• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, reliability and optimisation;
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs;
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data processing, storage, and analysis capabilities;

You’ll need:
• Above 3 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on building and optimizing data pipelines, including real-time/big volume data pipelines;
• Strong hands on experience with SQL and DBMS (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.);
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services;
• Experience with big data processing tools (Spark);
• Experience with Databricks and with analytical databases (ClickHouse) is highly desired;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala;
• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, cloud data warehousing concepts and tools;
• Experience with streaming data platforms such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, AWS Kinesis, or similar;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Professional Data Engineering certification will be considered as an advantage;
• B2 English proficiency or above.

Project Manager (CRM Support)

Запускается внутренний CRM-продукт для сопровождения ключевого финтех-направления компании, команда в поиске Project Manager, который выстроит процессы поддержки с нуля и станет точкой сборки всей коммуникации между пользователями, продуктовой командой и бизнесом. Необхожим человек, который погрузится в систему, структурирует знания о продукте и подготовит фундамент для масштабирования команды поддержки.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Выстраивать и оптимизировать процессы 1–2 линии поддержки внутреннего CRM-продукта
Организовывать взаимодействие между поддержкой, продуктовой командой и бизнес-стейкхолдерами
Формировать и развивать базу знаний, инструкции и регламенты для внутренних пользователей
Подготавливать шаблоны ответов и участвовать в обучении будущей команды поддержки
Собирать метрики, анализировать качество и эффективность поддержки, готовить отчёты
В перспективе - участвовать в найме и управлении командой первой линии поддержки
На старте вы будете самостоятельно работать с чатами и обращениями, глубоко погружаясь в продукт, чтобы затем масштабировать поддержку уже системно.

Кого мы ищем:

Опыт работы в support / service desk / customer success / account management (желательно с внутренними продуктами)
Понимание принципов построения процессов поддержки и SLA
Опыт взаимодействия с продуктовой командой и бизнес-заказчиками
Умение структурировать информацию и описывать процессы, инструкции, регламенты
Аналитическое мышление и умение работать с метриками
Развитые коммуникационные и управленческие навыки
Русский - native, английский - письменный B2 (поддержка RU и EN пользователей)
