Обязанности:

Требования:

О роли
Мы ищем контент-специалиста, который будет отвечать за визуальное оформление и размещение контента в бэкофисе платформы. Основные задачи:
• Размещение, обновление и структурирование контента на сайте через бэкофис.

• Создание текстовых материалов
Контроль качества визуалов и соответствия единому стилю.

Требования:

Challenges that await you:
• Requirements analysis, creation of test scenarios, and preparation of test data
• Development and maintenance of test documentation
• Acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)
• Manual testing responsibilities are an essential part of the role, including on-site

• Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go
• Support of the test project

Мы ищем внимательного, системного и коммуникабельного специалиста, который поможет нам поддерживать стабильную работу VoIP-телефонии, взаимодействовать с поставщиками и следить за качеством и эффективностью сервисов.
Не обязательно быть “телеком-гиком” — достаточно базового технического мышления, интереса к IT-процессам и умения разбираться, где что не так.

💡 Что вы будете делать:

Контролировать остатки и счета у поставщиков VoIP-услуг, чтобы сервис работал без перебоев.
При необходимости покупать телефонные номера (DID) и подключать дополнительные услуги.
Переключать маршруты, отслеживать трафик и поддерживать качество связи.
Общаться с вендорами, решать организационные и технические вопросы.
Подготавливать документацию для compliance-процессов в разных странах.
Поддерживать внутреннюю систему биллинга и готовить отчёты по затратам, трафику и качеству обслуживания.
Взаимодействовать с другими отделами, чтобы VoIP-сервисы соответствовали бизнес-потребностям.
Следить за тенденциями и обновлениями в области VoIP и коммуникаций.

🧩 Что мы ожидаем:

Опыт работы в роли Account Manager, Project Manager, Operations Specialist или Vendor Manager в любой сфере IT.
Умение анализировать данные, выстраивать процессы и решать задачи автономно
Базовое понимание технических систем (что такое API, отчёты, дашборды — без фанатизма).
Хорошие коммуникационные навыки — вы будете на связи с поставщиками по всему миру.
Английский язык — на уровне, позволяющем переписываться с вендорами (Intermediate+).

🌱 Будет плюсом:

Опыт в сфере телеком, VoIP, SaaS, контакт-центров или IT-инфраструктуры.
Знакомство с Jira, Confluence или аналогичными системами.
Навыки работы с Excel / Google Sheets (анализ трафика и расходов).

Понимание, что такое DID, маршрутизация, SIP и биллинг (или желание быстро разобраться).

Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze traffic performance and monetization results using CR, EPL, ROI, and other real-time metrics.
- Evaluate traffic quality and identify high- and low-performing audience segments.
- Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests across offers, flows, and monetization logic.
- Optimize offer selection, routing, and monetization algorithms to improve conversion and revenue.
- Monitor performance dynamics and quickly react to anomalies or drops.
- Work closely with developers and analytics to implement tests and performance improvements.
- Systematize experiments, results, and insights to support scaling.

Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, traffic monetization, or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of real-time performance metrics (CR, EPL, ROI, RPC).
- Hands-on experience with traffic analysis and audience segmentation.
- Proven experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
- Confidence working with large datasets and analytical tools.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actions.
