Ищем в команду агентов по недвижимости в новые офисы нашей компании в городах Ларнака, Пафос, Лимасол:

«Агенты по недвижимости в отдел аренда/продажа (Кипр)»
Ларнака, Пафос, Лимасол.

Кого мы ищем:
• Клиентоориентированных, общительных и опытных в продажах специалистов;
• Организованных, пунктуальных и надёжных;
• Быстро работающих в режиме многозадачности;
• Свободно владеющих русским и разговорным английским (плюсом будет владение греческим или ивритом);
• Структурных, системных и умеющих эффективно закрывать сделки;
• Не имеющих проблем с видом на жительство или европейским гражданством.

Обязанности:
• Включение в работу через организованную программу обучения;
• Ведение переговоров с клиентами;
• Расширение базы объектов, обновление информации;
• Поиск и подбор объектов под запрос клиента;
• Организация показов недвижимости;
• Регулярные звонки и переписка с клиентами и собственниками;
• Сопровождение сделок в соответствии с корпоративными стандартами.

Обеспечиваем от 5 заявок на аренду в день, от 2-х заявок на покупку в неделю каждому брокеру.
