- Write persuasive short-form video ad scripts (23 minutes) for Facebook, Google, and TikTok that stop the scroll, spark engagement, and drive clicks.
- Craft long-form VSL scripts (515 minutes) for landing pages that build urgency, trust, and excitement, ultimately driving conversions.
- Apply proven direct-response frameworks (AIDA, PAS, scarcity, urgency, authority, social proof, etc.) to maximize results.
- Produce multiple variations quickly for testing and optimization.
- Create engagement-focused copy that generates comments, shares, and conversations.
- Ensure all copy remains compliant with major ad platforms while maintaining persuasive, results driven messaging.

Requirements

- Proven experience writing Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad scripts and long-form VSLs (portfolio required).
- Ability to craft both short, punchy hooks and longer, persuasive narratives.
- Strong knowledge of psychology-driven sales techniques and direct-response principles.
- Comfortable with bold, hard-hitting sales copy when appropriate.
- Fast turnaround capability with the ability to deliver multiple variations.
- Results-oriented mindset, with success measured by CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
