Чем предстоит заниматься:

- Организация работы платежной платформы и бесперебойного приема платежей.
- Интеграция с платежными системами (Devcode, Corefy, Praxis и др.), тестирование каналов и настройка каскадов.

Требования:

- Опыт работы не менее 1 года в онлайн-платежах (gambling, betting, e-commerce), включая интеграцию платёжных систем и настройку каскадов.
- Опыт работы с платформами PaymentIQ, Corefy, Praxis, Payneteasy, Gate2way, ApcoPay, настройка платёжных систем, каскадов и антифрод правил.
- Анализ трафика, решение проблем с транзакциями, составление отчётов для внутренних пользователей.
- Взаимодействие с платёжными провайдерами, разработчиками и внутренними командами для улучшения процессов.
- Ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, проактивность, аналитический склад ума, умение организовать процессы и адаптироваться к новым задачам.
- Английский язык не ниже уровня B2.

📍HR Administrator (Limasssol, office)

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals
* Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
* Stay updated on changes in immigration laws
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
* Maintain employee records
* Prepare various HR documents, such as employment agreements, changes to employment terms, employer statements, and employment confirmation letters.
* Collaborate with finance and local service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Coordinate bank account openings
* Coordinate medical insurance registrations
* Assist with Performance Review
* Help with Language courses and other employee benefits

What We Expect from You:

* At least 2 years of experience in the same role
* Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related
* Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation
* Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws Experience with HRIS platform Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in English and Russian, both spoken and written, with knowledge of Greek being a plus
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
