Что ты будешь делать:
• Разрабатывать и внедрять стратегию подбора ИТ-специалистов на глобальном рынке
• Вести полный цикл рекрутинга (от поиска и оценки до оффера)
• Управлять командой рекрутеров, обучать и развивать её ( для Team Lead-а)
• Оптимизировать процессы подбора, используя аналитику и метрики
• Работать с бренд-менеджментом работодателя и развивать EVP
• Взаимодействовать с Hiring Manager’ами, помогать им определять требования к кандидатам
• Работать с различными источниками привлечения кандидатов (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, реферальные программы и т. д.)
• Обеспечивать высокое качество найма и контроль сроков закрытия позиций
Что мы ждём от тебя:
• 4+ лет опыта в IT-рекрутинге, из них 1-2 года в роли Senior/Lead
• Опыт управления командой рекрутеров
• Глубокое понимание IT-рынка и современных трендов в подборе
• Опыт работы с системами автоматизации найма (ATS) и аналитикой
• Отличные коммуникативные и переговорные навыки
• Умение работать с метриками и оптимизировать процессы
• Английский язык на уровне B2+
