Helio Games в поиске Project Manager’а, которому можно доверить наш флагманский проект. Нам нужен человек, способный держать всё под контролем: от дедлайнов до кросс-функциональных команд, от фичей до релизов. Если ты умеешь не просто следить за тасками, а быть настоящим драйвером команды — читай дальше.
Что для нас важно:
- Уверенный опыт управления игровыми проектами в midcore-сегменте (survivals, RPG, action и пр.).
- Отличное понимание цикла разработки: от концепта до релиза, с учётом фич, монетизации, метрик, багов и всё, что между.
- Менеджмент команд: геймдизайнеры, художники, разрабы, QA и другие прекрасные люди.
- Умение балансировать между «сделать быстро» и «сделать хорошо».
- Понимание, как готовятся и проходят софт-лонч, глобал-релиз и живое управление продуктом.
- Знание инструментов (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello — не суть, главное — умение систематизировать примерно всё).
- Будет плюсом: использование ИИ в управлении процессами или контентом.
Что предстоит:
- Вести один из ключевых проектов компании: держать сроки, ресурсы и качество.
- Работать напрямую с core-командой: продюсером, лид-дизайнером, техническим директором.
- Выстраивать процессы и актуализировать их под меняющуюся реальность.
- Следить за приоритетами, обновлениями, и помогать проекту расти.
- Участвовать в стратегических сессиях и вносить реальные предложения, а не просто фиксировать решения.
Что мы предлагаем:
- Влияние на продукт, а не просто “координацию тасок“.
- Команду, которая знает, что делает, и делает это с огоньком (в разных местах).
- Минимум бюрократии, максимум ответственности.
