Задачи:
• Тесное взаимодействие и поддержка продуктовой команды разработки;
• Создание и поддержка helm-charts, kustomize и GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• Создание и эксплуатация различных окружений от тестирования до продакшена;
• Обеспечение стабильной работы сервисов в тесном сотрудничестве с инфраструктурной командой;
• Обнаружение потенциальных проблем и участие в создании решения по их устранению;

Your Experience:
✔️ 4+ years of experience in data engineering

- Управление всей линейкой iGaming-продуктов, обеспечение их роста, монетизации и конкурентоспособности.
- Внедрение новых игровых механик, бонусных систем, персонализированных офферов для повышения вовлеченности игроков.
- Анализ ключевых продуктовых метрик и оптимизация на основе данных.
- Координация работы кросс-функциональных команд.
- Поиск точек роста, тестирование гипотез, внедрение A/B-тестирования и аналитики поведения пользователей.
- Улучшение пользовательского опыта для увеличения конверсии и удержания.
- Контроль соответствия продуктов требованиям регуляторов и лицензий.

Требования:

- Опыт в iGaming от 3 лет, понимание рынка, трендов и поведения игроков.
- Глубокая экспертиза в построении и развитии iGaming-продуктов (беттинг, казино, слот-провайдеры и др.).
- Опыт работы на руководящей позиции (CPO, Head of Product).
- Навыки управления продуктовой аналитикой, работы с A/B-тестированием, оптимизации LTV и CAC.
- Умение принимать стратегические решения, управлять roadmap и приоритизировать задачи.
- Английский B2+.
