ЕС, Кипра, желательно и других стран.

Обязанности:
Построение и описание бизнес-процессов (AS IS и TO BE);
Системный подход для анализа и простраивания процессов, в модерировании платежных потоков и управлении рисками;
Сбор бизнес/системных требований, исследование процессов, конфигурирование и прогнозирование результатов;
Формулирование и распределение задач для команды разработки, контроль сроков;
Разработка макетов, оптимизация пользовательских сценариев, включая тестирование и анализ для улучшения пользовательского опыта;
Исследование продукта и верхнеуровневый анализ метрик

Требования:
​​​​​​Опыт в Бизнес/Системной аналитике от 3 лет, как преимущество (банковская сфера, анализ данных в сфере платежных систем и платежных рисков);
Опыт построения сложных схем, понимание бизнес-моделей и концепций архитектуры ;
Опыт работы с реляционными и нереляционными БД ;
Опыт работы с web и мобильными приложениями;
Опыт работы с различными методами интеграций (понимание ключевых составляющих);
Умение работать с большими объемами информации;
Открытость к обучению и стремление к профессиональному росту;
Опыт работы в команде с использованием гибких методологий разработки;
Акцент на экологичное выстраивание коммуникаций

Стек:
Confluence, BPMN, UML, Miro, YouTrack, SQL -middle;
Будет плюсом знания по стеку - основные маркетинг метрики продукта, Python, BI-инструменты;
Знание английского языка B2 и выше

Что нужно делать:
- Подписание трудовых контрактов и доп соглашений с сотрудниками, документов при увольнении
- Сбор пакета документов для миграции и подача документов в госорганы, коммуникация с сотрудниками
- Entry visa для релокантов, если нет возможности получить туристическую визу
- Контроль за соблюдением местного труд законодательста (GDPR, соцстрах, мигр. квоты)
- Отслеживание сроков внж сотрудников и членов семей, перевыпуск, выпуск взамен утерянных
- Регистрация сотрудников в Геси, открытие банковских счетов, другая бюрократия
- Подготовка документов для виз: справки о доходе, пейслипы, бронь отелей и авиабилетов
- Работа с тревел агентами для брони слотов в консульствах, поиск новых визовых решений

Responsibilities:
1. Assembly of electronic devices.
2. Conducting device tests.
3. Potentially working with microchips and soldering devices.
4. Assisting with the the dispatch and reception of components.

Expectations:
1. Previous work experience in electronics or fine mechanics is highly preferred.
