Бизнес-аналитик/CJE

Требуется профи в команду одной из самых многокультурных и многоязычных клиентских поддержек на планете. Обслуживаем клиентов финтех компании по всему миру на более чем 40 языках.

Задачи:
Построение CJM (проработка клиентского пути и погружение в конкретные сценарии), моделирование бизнес-процессов.
Разработка бизнес-требований и управление ими, согласование и документирование.
Исследование бизнес-процессов, ключевых метрик и поиск вариантов улучшения, формирование и тестирование гипотез.
Координация работы интернациональной команды контент-менеджеров, постановка задач, контроль исполнения.
Создание и модификация датасетов на разных языках для дальнейшего обучения нейросетей.
Анализ результатов обучения нейросетей, выработка дальнейших решений для увеличения качества их работы, контроль реализации принятых решений.
Обработка обратной связи по продукту участие в грумминге задач и приоритизации с командой разработки.

Ожидания от кандидата:
Опыт работы от 2-х лет на позиции Product manager/ бизнес аналитика / CJE /системным аналитиком, желательно в fintech;
Опыт работы - с виртуальными ассистентами, чат ботами, голосовыми ботами от 2-х лет.
Опыт управления проектом (оценка ресурсов, разработка и реализация проектного плана, координация команды проекта).
Умение анализировать рынок и разрабатывать стратегию продукта
Опыт эффективного взаимодействие с внешними и внутренними партнерами, а также с кросс-функциональными командами.
Умение формировать бизнес-требования.
Навыки работы с аналитическими данными и инструментами Excel, работа с большим объемом информации, умение строить выводы на основе данных;
Опыт работы с Figma, Miro, draw.io, Visio, Business Studio, Сonfluence, Jira или аналогичным ПО.
