Команда Redux.games разработала игру 𝐌𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥, которая уже 2 года держится в топах мобильных сторов по всему миру с более 180 миллионной аудиторией. Мы активно развиваем игру и параллельно занимаемся разработкой второго проекта.
Сейчас у нас в команде открылась вакансия опытного Art Lead, 3D Generalist.

📌Задачи в команде:
- Руководство и координация всех сотрудников арт-отдела (2D/3D, UI/UX, Тех.арт, анимации, VFX);
- Разработка и поддержание визуального стиля и арт-направления проекта;
- Участие в создании ключевых визуальных элементов игры и их интеграция в проект;
- Тесная работа с GD и tech art отделами для обеспечения соответствия визуальных решений игровым механикам и техническим требованиям;
- Оптимизация и внедрение графических ассетов в движок Unity;
- Разработка и настройка шейдеров и визуальных эффектов;
- Настройка и оптимизация производительности графики;
- Поддержка и помощь художникам в интеграции их контента в движок;
- Решение технических проблем, связанных с визуальными аспектами игры;
- Участие в разработке инструментов и процессов для улучшения графического пайплайна;
- Контроль сроков выполнения задач, распределение нагрузки внутри команды и поддержание высокого уровня качества на всех этапах разработки;
- Менторство и развитие сотрудников арт-отдела, организация процесса обучения и повышения квалификации;
- Участие в стратегическом планировании и принятии решений, касающихся визуальной части проекта.
- Ведение документации проекта: как отдельных ключевых фич, так и проекта в целом.

💡 Мы ожидаем от кандидата:
- Опыт управления арт отделом в геймдеве от 2 лет;
- Опыт работы 3D generalist от 3 лет;
- Опыт работы с Unity;
- Опыт работы с шейдерами (HLSL, Shader Graph);
- Умение работать с Git (SourceTree);
- Опыт создания визуальных концептов, UI/UX, VFX, текстур и персонажей;
- Профессиональное владение 2D и 3D инструментами (Maya, Blender и др.) и текстурными инструментами (Substance, Photoshop);
- Понимание принципов оптимизации графики для реального времени;
- Глубокое понимание всех аспектов создания игрового контента: от концепта до финальной интеграции;
- Понимание современных трендов в игровой индустрии и желание создавать инновационные решения
- Способность работать в условиях многозадачности и эффективно управлять временем команды;

🟣 Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations for the parent company and 4 subsidiaries, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank, credit card, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Support external audits and assist in resolving audit queries.
- Liaise with external partners such as auditors and tax advisors.



🟣 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a group of companies or multinational environment;
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis);
- Knowledge of IFRS and local Cypriot tax laws and regulations;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities;
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders;
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive in improving financial processes;
- Fluency in English is a must. Any other language (Russian, Greek) would be considered as an advantage.

🟣 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with multiple subsidiaries or group structures;
Prior experience in handling VAT and other tax filings in Cyprus;
Professional certifications (ACCA, ACA, or CPA) or progress towards one of these qualifications is an advantage;
