FxPro is looking for a Java Team Lead to join our TradeTech team and work on an in-house retail trading platform.You will manage a team of 3-5 senior java developers, closely collaborate with the architect and product teams.

- 3+ years of experience in a team/tech lead role
- Expertise in Java programming, including multithreading, data structures, and performance optimizations
- Proven experience in designing and developing low-latency, high-load distributed systems
