Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the office's smooth running and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. 📍Location: Limassol, Cyprys Responsibilities - Schedule meetings and appointments - Be the first point of contact for all office-related inquiries and visitors. - Oversee and become the point of contact for our landlords and soft facility management providers such as maintenance, cleaners, etc; - Managing daily office operations, including meeting room bookings, administrative tasks, and logistical support. - Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, liaising with the IT support company to resolve any technical issues efficiently. - Bring our office to life with exciting meetings, events, and socials that will connect our team. - Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and building management, as well as manage our office supplies. - Be a key player in creating an inspiring, inclusive office space that promotes creativity and innovation. - Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees. - Support with travel bookings as and when required. Requirements and skills - Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant - Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment - A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements - Upper-Intermediate level of English - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills We offer: - An education budget of $600 per year provided - Professional English courses - Medical Insurance
