Statutory ang tax reporting of Funds and GPs  • Preparation of FATCA /CRS reporting for the Funds and LPs (annually) • Preparation of US Tax reporting for LPs (annually)  • Luxemburg and Cayman CIMA regulation compliance and reporting  • Standalone Luxembourger tax forms preparations (income taxes and VAT for Funds and GP)  • Cayman substance rules regulation and reporting preparation  • Various regulations requests from Funds AIFM, Transfer agents and Administrators Qualifications:  • Fluent English  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the private equity sector or experience in an audit/accounting firm. • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes. • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software, ERP systems).
